• Orders will not ship until payment is verified
• Please use your order ID as the payment reference

6. Shipping & Delivery

TransformPeptides ships exclusively to Australia. Shipping details:

• Flat shipping rate of $9.99 on all domestic orders
• Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days of payment receipt
• Delivery times vary by location but typically arrive within 1-3 business days
• TransformPeptides is not liable for delays caused by courier services
• Customers assume all risk of loss or damage once items are dispatched

7. Returns & Refunds

Exchanges can only be processed if an ordered is seized by the courier service provided they misjudge the product for being an illegal substance (granted this if very rare). To confirm this is the case, the following conditions must be met:

• An exchange is requested within 1 month of order dispatch
• Item does NOT say "Delivered" on shipment tracking - Both TransformPeptides and the courier service is not responsible for the security of your parcel once delivered
• An exchange request should include your order ID

TransformPeptides does not provide refunds

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TransformPeptides shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business interruption
• Injury or adverse effects from product use
• Mishandling, improper storage, or misuse of products

In no event shall TransformPeptides' liability exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
